Terms of Use
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Robros (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user in connection with the use of the "User Space" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User Space" refers to the website platform where customers and partners can access various information about the Company's AI humanoid robots, make purchase and collaboration inquiries, and receive information regarding the Company's brand and philosophy.
- "User" refers to a person who accesses the "User Space" and receives the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Disclosure, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, its business name, name of the representative, business address, and contact information on the initial screen of the "User Space" so that Users can easily access them.
- Before a User agrees to these Terms, the Company shall provide a separate screen to ensure the User understands important provisions and to obtain the User's confirmation.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such modification does not violate relevant laws. In such cases, the amended Terms shall be announced in advance, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the amendment.
- The amended Terms shall apply only to contracts entered into after the effective date, while the previous Terms shall apply to existing contracts.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)
- The "User Space" performs the following tasks:
- Provision of technical information regarding AI humanoid robots.
- Provision of functions for purchase and collaboration inquiries.
- Provision of information regarding the Company's brand and philosophy.
- Other tasks determined by the "User Space."
- The "User Space" may add or modify the contents of the Service as necessary, and any changes will be announced in advance.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
- The "User Space" may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication equipment.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to such suspension, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information for Inquiries)
- Users may request a consultation through the "Contact Us" form provided in the "User Space," and during this process, must enter the personal information items determined by the Company.
- The Company shall use the personal information provided by the User solely for consultation purposes. Detailed matters regarding the protection of personal information are subject to the "Privacy Policy."
Article 7 (Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the works created by the Company in the "User Space" shall belong to the Company.
- Users shall not use, or cause any third party to use, any information obtained through the "User Space" to which the Company holds intellectual property rights for commercial purposes via reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other means without the prior consent of the Company.
- If the Company uses copyrights belonging to a User in accordance with an agreement, it must notify the relevant User.
Article 8 (Obligations of the User)
- Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Registering false information upon application or modification.
- Misappropriating another person's information.
- Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that designated by the Company.
- Infringing upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
- Damaging the reputation or disrupting the business of the Company or any third party.
- Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or any other information contrary to public order and morals on the "User Space."
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or system failures.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of utilizing the information provided in the "User Space."
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
