ROBROS Unveils Humanoid Robot 'IGRIS-C' at CES 2026

ROBROS, an intelligent humanoid robot company, is drawing significant attention at CES 2026 — the world's largest IT and consumer electronics trade show — with a live walking demonstration of its AI-powered humanoid robot, IGRIS-C.

IGRIS-C demonstrates the real-world applicability of Physical AI technology by maintaining balance and walking steadily even in complex indoor environments. The robot's movements are driven not by simple motion playback, but by AI-based real-time control and situational awareness.

Built on a compact frame standing 154cm tall and weighing 56kg, IGRIS-C is a general-purpose platform designed for collaborative use across a wide range of indoor settings, including research labs, offices, and manufacturing facilities. ROBROS has developed the entire technology stack in-house, spanning hardware design, control systems, interfaces, and AI-based predictive and adaptive control.

The demonstration also unveiled 20 preset gestures — including waving, handshaking, fist bumping, a one-handed heart sign, and an overhead heart — showcasing the potential for emotional interaction between humans and robots.

ROBROS is participating in the shared exhibition hall of the K-Humanoid M.AX Alliance at CES 2026, joining forces with AIROBOT, ROBOTIS, Tomorrow Robotics, and others to help shape South Korea's next-generation robotics ecosystem. The alliance was formed to bring together leading domestic robot manufacturers and component suppliers in a collective effort to accelerate the AI transformation of the manufacturing sector.

"IGRIS-C is a versatile platform that can be deployed across research, proof-of-concept, service, and educational settings," said Seungjun Noh, CEO of ROBROS. "It is truly meaningful to be able to showcase Korean humanoid technology on the CES stage."
